Reiki Healing involves me working with the seven Chakras (Energy Centres) throughout your system, which go from your head to the base of your spine. The Chakras work like cogs interlocking with each other, and when one of these Chakras becomes out of sync, it can manifest itself both physically and mentally and therefore the system needs to be re-aligned, which I do by using my Reiki energy with your energy and Chakra Crystals.

Aromatherapy uses Essential Oils, which contain plant extracts. These are tailored to your needs in order to induce mental and physical relaxation and to encourage healing. Dry Brushing is an optional addition to the Aromatherapy treatment, and involves gentle exfoliation of the skin, which encourages lymphatic drainage, blood-flow and the opening of pores.

A Hot Stone Massage is done to promote relaxation and to ease tense muscles and stress. Basalt stones are heated to a certain temperature and placed on the body along with aromatherapy oil and is then used to massage parts of the body. The heat from the stones treats aching muscles and tension and helps to increase blood-flow.

Tarot Readings are a way to gain insight into the past, present and future. Each card holds symbolic imagery and meanings and the reader interprets their arrangements in a spread to offer guidance or reflections on various aspects of life. Hopi Ear Candle Therapy, also known as Ear Candling, is a holistic treatment believed to remove excess wax and impurities from the ear canal. A hollow candle made of cotton soaked in beeswax or paraffin is inserted into the ear and lit, creating a gentle vacuum that purportedly draws out debris. This treatment is followed by a relaxing facial massage.
