About Thyme Out Holistic Therapies

My name is Jan and I created Thyme Out Holistic Therapies in order to bring physical and emotional well-being to others. My Holistic journey began 35 years ago with Aromatherapy and since that time, my aim has been to learn as much as I can about different therapies, in order to help others.

I know that I, personally, get fed up with having to take one pill for this and another pill for something else, and I accept that sometimes this cannot be avoided, but with Holistic and Alternative Therapies, a therapist can treat the body as a whole, for both physical and emotional ailments.

What is Holistic Therapy?

Through Holistic Therapy, we can create the perfect, nurturing environment in which to slow down, unwind and take a breath, without the use of conventional medicine.

Holistic Therapy considers the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of an individual’s life. It also emphasises prevention and self-care, rather than just treating symptoms and diseases. It is a natural and non-invasive approach to health and well-being, and encourages individuals to take an active role in their own healing and wellness.
